You must be joking.
The Mariner's music man was an emotional muddle and mess:
"I'm really not happy with my behaviour on the bench. I've gone and apologised to them, I was far too emotional, but I don't know what's expected of me sometimes. Life's just so weird at the moment."
The sensible spa town sage was dead chuffed:
"Picking spots off it, we could have been 4-1 or 5-1 up, but I said that we just have to keep striving for more"
What an absolute shower in the showers.
Individually and collectively inferior in every way, this was a performance to spread on the pea fields of England. Old and young, short and tall, all looked a league below their foes. Hendrie and Preston were neither one thing nor another and ended up being lost at sea. Eventually the sea wall of Pollock and Waterfall crumbled.
Gibson, Bennett, Gomis, Spokes, Morton. One does not wish to be rude to new residents.
All this scratching around for a team is making us itch.
The horror. The horror.
A whiff of sulphur hung in the air through their propensity to oversqueal, but let's face the musical facts and not dance around the handbags: they'll be dancing in the tea rooms tonight as they were superior physically, mentally and tactically to the incoherent rag tag of ephemeral geezers and junior sneezers sent out in our name.
Muldoon skipped gaily through the wheat fields, Martin harried the rabbits, whilst Falkingham and Kerry scared the crows, but they were a simply a team. They knew what they were supposed to do and did it. No whining about being tired from them.
Good luck to them, they're making the most of what they've got. Just cut out the boo-hooing.
Mr S Stockbridge
Old Judge Seb was tired and weary of their whining, opting for fining Townites rather imprisoning them for their many minor demeanours. You can't blame a ref for a rotten linesman: 8.345
