Last year's pre-season saw Town taking on Scunthorpe United. In a tight game, Scunny took the footballing honours 1-0, and it was a
double whammy for the Mariners, as the gurning trophy of the day also went the Iron
way. Here we see good old Raves trying his best to pull off an archetypal 'turning Japanese', but he's clearly out-gurned by Mr Scunny, who has
managed to raise the stakes with a Blakey-off-On-The-Buses top lip/Muttley lower-jaw-jut combo. Better luck next time, Raves.
