Prance and flutter stride down that green escalator, yeah

Mardy Diary writes: I think we've all been surprised by Edgar Davids' Barnet – but that's crazy Dutch hairstyles for you. Thangyew, thangyew – I'm here all week.

So to the news then and... nope, nothing. Nothing at all. Town have no injuries carrying over from Tuesday so may perhaps stick with the team that has been getting results lately. Shaun Pearson wants to do well, and Paul Hurst thinks Davids is just another manager.

Barnet present a good test for Town tomorrow – they started the season brightly with a number of wins but then stuttered a bit. That said, aside from a hammering in the FA Cup they've not lost since September and managed decent results against Kiddie and Cambridge recently.

Still, Town are on a roll themselves and it was November last year that marked the beginning of an unbeaten run until February. It'd be nice if they can repeat that run and continue it until the end of the season this time. A nice little run in the FA Cup can only help with that (and finances) I reckon.

Anyway, have a good weekend and enjoy the match this weekend.
