Why are Spurs selling Rafael van der Vaart? Are they mental or something? Thanks very much, we've been Soccer AM.

As they prepare for tomorrow's trip to Hereford, Shorty and Shouty may be choosing from a full squad (except Liam, sob). But Cod Almighty is down to the bare bones. Your original/regular Diary is rattling around CA Towers on my own today, so there's no match preview - just a diary. Shorty and Shouty are choosing from a full squad (except Liam, sniffle). Town have just picked up their first win of the season, while Hereford have just suffered their first defeat. Hard to see those newly buoyant Mariners picking anything up here.

So that's about that for tomorrow's game.
