Mardy Diary writes: So, Chris Doig then? What's going on there then, eh? He's hanging around so you'd think he'd be signing but clearly there's an issue about the contract. I expect he'll sign five minutes before the match against North Ferriby tomorrow night.

The only news about the North Ferriby match is that a "full strength" side should be playing, including Scott 'Worryingly Tubby' Neilson. I expect we'll see a lot of changes through the game, also it will be interesting to see if Shouty and Shorty are persisting with the new formation.

On a final note we've received an email from Phil Watson who says: "I like the new design – and for a stick-in-the-mud like me, that's quite surprising. Well done." Cheers Phil. We realise it's not to everyone's taste, but there's only so much you can do with over ten years of existing content.

Generally though, feedback has been positive from the majority – so that'll do for us. See ya.
