What an excellent idea - turn the clock back to July. Then start again, avoiding all those mistakes the first time around. Pity you didn't go further back to just before the last match of the season where the Timelord pops into the dressing room, gets the white board out to demonstrate that to win a game you have to score one more goal than the opposition, and the rest will be history - or possibly not.

Glitch in the matrix

Whatever glitch has caused the website to think it's still July and to regale me with pre-season wibblings whenever I surf this-a-way, please make it a permanent feature of the site! It's far nicer to look forward to the season with trepidation than to reach the end of August with one win and one draw from six games and a ghastly sinking feeling.

I just love your write ups. When the question was asked on our Griffin Park Grapevine about our opinions of Isiah "I's love a cake" Rankin and your subsequent write up, I have had a good old read of all your posts and match reports. Very funny, informative and entertaining.

Here's hoping our matchday writers get a sense of humour like you lot.
